The answer is yes.

sunlight is EM (electromagnetic) radiation, just like UV (and gamma and microwave, etc), so that falls squarely in your “other radiation” category.

Since the moon appears as white in a clear sky, we can infer it reflects most bands of EM radiation, including UV.
