SA = 2 \pi r^2 + 2 \pi rh \\ SA = 2 \pi (3.4^2)+2 \pi (3.4)(18.6) \\ SA = 23.12 \pi + 126.48 \pi \\ SA = 149.60 \pi = 469.744 ft^2
