Parallelogram JKLM is rotated 90° clockwise and then reflected across the y-axis to form parallelogram J"K"L"M" .

Parallelogram JKLM is translated 8 units left and then reflected across the x-axis to form parallelogram J"K"L"M" .

C is the c would be the answer. C is the answer because translating will just make it move the opposite way.

B) Parallelogram JKLM is translated and then dilated
as well as c
C) Parallelogram JKLM is dilated and translated

C is the best answer because is size is changing. In all the others nothing is changing except the position which remains congruent and similar but C does not . The sizes changes which makes them not congruent but still similar.
