How do animal cells survive without chloroplasts? Explain

They don’t have to make their own food. Chloroplast absorbs the sunlight in order for photosynthesis to take place and glucose can be made in plants. However animals can just eat other animals or plants as a source of energy.

Animal cells have mitochondria once sugar is broken down it’s used to make energy for the cell
