Can someone help me with this? also explain how you got the answer-example-1

I think it’s 2 √3
You have to split √ 12 into two numbers
1) the biggest square number that is a factor of twelve, so √4
2) and the number you have to times this by to make twelve, so √3
Then you’d have √4 √3 as an answer, however √ 4 is just two, so you’d simplify it to 2 √3
