First, we should identify what an irrational number is.
An irrational number is basically a number that has no end.
E.g. Pi or any repeating decimal

We should also remember that whenever another rational number is multiplied by another rational number it should always stay rational
1/4 x -36 = -9
1/4 x 4/3 = 1/3
1/4 x 12 = 3

But when multiplied by an irrational number it should stay irrational
1/4 x 0.444444... = 0.111111...
D. 0.444444... is your answer
