this is simultaneous equation btw if you want to search up the lesson

3m-n=5
2m+5n=7

multiple the first equation by 5 so it could be equal to the second equation

15m-5n=25
2m+5n=7

the -5n and +5n cancel each other!

so it’s
15m=25
2m=7
(add the equations together)

17m=32
m=1.8

now take an equation from above (the original ones)
3m-n=5

3x1.8-n=5

5.4-n= 5

n= 0.4

ANSWER:
m= 1.8
n=0.4
