Yes, it is Quadratic.
D. Yes; it can rewritten in the form y = ax2 + bx + c.
there is no b, so you would skip over it
3y = -7x + 8
isolate the y (divide 3 from both sides)
(3y)/3 = (-7x + 8)/3
y = (-7x + 8)/3
would be your answer
D. Yes; it can rewritten in the form y = ax2 + bx + c.
