The centre of the circle will be the midpoint of the two coordinates

\text {Midpoint = } \bigg( (X_1 + X_2)/(2) , (Y_1 + Y_2)/(2) \bigg)

\text {Midpoint = } \bigg( (-3 + 7)/(2) , (2+ (-2))/(2) \bigg)

\text {Midpoint = } \bigg( (4)/(2) , (0)/(2) \bigg)

\text {Midpoint = } \bigg( 2, 0 \bigg)
