The answer is B.

Here are some facts about graphing inequalities:

If the inequality contains a < or > symbol, it will have a dashed line.
If the inequality contains a ≤ or ≥ symbol, it will have a solid line.

If the inequality contains a < or ≤ symbol, it will shade below the line.
If the inequality contains a > or ≥ symbol, it will shade above the line.

Based on this information, we know that both the inequalities must have either a ≤ or ≥ symbol, because both of the lines are solid. This leaves us with options A & B.

We also know that the inequality that contains a y-intercept of -1 shades above the line, and the other one shades below the line. Option B shows this, so this is our answer.

if its a solid line it has to be greater than or equal to
then you can plug in (0,0) to see if the equation is true and equal to the shading
