the temperature of the surface is between 3,500-20,00
supregiants would be around the top half for the y axis
and it would be a little in the middle for the x axis

It would seem impractically possible to measure the mass of a star, however, there is an efficient method to do so. By definition, the temperature of a star is defined by its mass. The brightness of the star define the temperature as well as the temperature. The most massive (and hottest) stars are the super giant stars. These can have temperatures of up to 20 times the mass of the sun. The stars are very hot with temperatures of about 20 000 - 50 000 K.

The super giant stars will be found on the top region of the Hertzsprung-Russell diagram.
