Consider, pls, this option:
if perimeters of the square and the triangle are equal, it means, that:
4(3x+1)= (2x+8)+(x+8)+(4x+2);
12x+4=7x+18;
5x=14;
x=14/5=2.8

Answer: 2.8 units
