• Bread, cereal and rice

• Pasta, fruits and vegetables

• Milk,yogurt and cheese

• Meat,poultry and fish

• Dry beans, eggs and nuts

• Fats, oils and sweets.

This guide gives the number of servings to be followed in each food group. In addition to that, the guide suggests regular physical activity to be an important part of nutritional health.
