Use the Pythagorean Theorem
a^2 + b^2 = c^2
a and b are the legs, and c is the hypotenuse
You have 10 and 13 for the legs so
10^2 + 13^2 = c^2
Simplify
100 + 169 = c^2
269 = c^2
c is about 16
