So, to make a product, you have to factor the GCF out
The largest number you can take out is 25, so look what happens
25(3x-2): Answer
I know I'm right because if you distribute the 25 back in you get the original equation!

If you mean factoring, then:
25(3x-2) = 0
x = 2/3
