Please help with simple answer———Why is your hand cooled when you blow air through puckered lips rather than wide open lips?

Answer:

Because when you blow with puckered lips, you are little out very little heat from mouth compared to your surrounding oxygen. However, when you blow with wide open lips, you are letting out more heat from your mouth than the air around you
