Which lines from "The Courage That My Mother Had" contain a simile?

The courage that my mother had
Went with her, and is with her still:
The golden brooch my mother wore
She left behind for me to wear;
I have no thing I treasure more:
Yet, it is something I could spare.
That courage, like a rock which she
Has no more need of, and I have.

Always look for the word „ Like” when using a simile. In this example it is "that courage, LIKE a rock Which she”

The line from the poem that included a simile is "That courage, like a rock..."

A simile is a figure of speech that compares two different things by using the words "like" or "as". In this case, the word "courage" is compared to "a rock".

A simile is different from a metaphor since a simile uses the words "like" or "as" whereas the metaphor makes a direct comparison without those words.
