Hi there!
Since 0.6 is more than 0.49,
0.6 > 0.49
would be the inequality.

Given: Mark jogged 0.6 mile
Caroline jogged 0.49 mile
0.6 > 0.49
should be your answer
or
Mark > Caroline
in the amount jogged
