2x4+3 = 11/4 (11/4 is equivalent to 2 3/4 cups)
1x8+3 = 11/8 (11/8 is equivalent to 1 3/8 cups)
11x2 = 22
4x2 = 8
22/8 is equivalent to 11/4
22/8 + 11/8 = 33/8
She uses 33/8 cups or 4 1/8 cups of flour total
I hope this made sense :))

4 and 1/8 is your answer.
2 + 1 = 3
3/4 + 3/8 = 1 and 1/8
Add 1 and 1/8 + 3 = 4 and 1/8
I hope this helped!
