Angle inscribed is one that has its vertex in the circumference. The inscribed angle measures half of the arc it comprises.

in this problem
The inscribed angle=∠PQR
the arc it comprises=m arc PR

therefore

∠PQR=(1/2)* m arc PR

the answer is the option A
