It is 3.9 because none of the other numbers are over 5 so the 9 doesn't become a 10. Even though there is a six the 1 becomes a 2 and that is all that happens

The answer would be 3.9 because the nine is in the tenths place and the two is not equal to or greater than five so it stays the same
