The correct answer here is A.

The Crusades did in fact united various different Muslim kingdoms against the Christian Crusaders. The Crusades were fought for the liberation of the Holy Land and it did not matter from which country the Muslims were there were in the land the Crusaders wanted to belong to Christians. Thus the different kingdoms put aside their differences and united.
