Dear, President Ronald Reagan

I Mikhail Gorbachev of the USSR believe that I have an answer to all our problems. If we both agree not to get into proxy wars and notified each other of all new discoveries, then there could be peace between our two countries.

If we both agree not to get into any proxy war, we can not only save supplies and resources but also men. Just think about the proxy war in Afghanistan, thousands of my men were found dead or missing in action. So, if we stop engaging in proxy wars then our men and supplies can be used when a bigger threat comes about.

If we notified each other of new discoveries in technology, then we can gain each other’s trust and stop being paranoid of attacks form each other. If we keep each other updated on our discoveries, then we would also stops the space race and arms space. The two races would stop because we will feel no need to have the upper hand on each other. And we could possibility help each other advance.
