we know that

the equation of the line is
y-y1=m(x-x1)
then
m=-6/5 passes through the point (-5,10)
y-10=(-6/5)*(x+5)-------> y-10=(-6x/5)-6------------> y=(-6x/5)+4---------> y=-1.2x+4

the answer is
y=-1.2x+4
