East African cuisine mostly focuses on vegetarian food

This is due to many factors, some are cultural where animals not harmed out of various cultural or religious beliefs, while in some places it's due to traditional scarcity of animals and lack of developed herding, so they focus on vegetarian dishes which include a high variety of fruits, vegetables, things like mushrooms, or anything similar.
