even numbers in 1 to 10 = 5

number of outcomes for spinning a 5, then an even number, and then another even number = 1*5*4 = 20

total number of outcomes = 10 * 10 * 10 = 1000

probability = favorable outcomes/ total outcomes = 20/1000= .02
