It is equal
because 1 gram = 0.001 kilograms.
0.001 * 20 = 0.2 kilograms.
They are equal.
Hope this helped☺☺♥♥

Since 1000 grams = 1 kg, then 0.02 kg = 20 g. They are equal.
Hope this helps!
