How would you determine whether the target heart rate was achieved while walking? What should you do if you felt uncomfortable and out of breath? 2. What are the three components of an effective cardiorespiratory exercise program? 3. What’s the best time of day to exercise?

Use a heart tracker while walking, sometimes even a phone could have an app to do that.

U should drink some water and take deep slow breaths and if u don't feel better u should go to an emergency center

2. I'm not sure

3. Any time that's best and most comfortable for you

1. If you maintain a target heart range while walking, you’re exercising aerobically. Walking
at a steady pace, with a little bit of huffing and puffing, indicates that you’re in your target
range. Conversation should be a bit difficult, but not labored. You should feel some exertion,
but your muscles shouldn’t burn and you shouldn’t be gasping for breath. If this is happening, slow your pace and work up to a faster pace.
2. Mode of exercise, frequency, and intensity
3. There’s no one specific time of day that’s best for exercise. Aerobic exercise can be performed at any time of the day, except right after a heavy meal. It’s up to each individual to
determine his or her ideal time to exercise.
