Step-by-step explanation
:
During hot summer days, there is unequal heating of land and water.
The land heats up faster during the day and, the air above becomes warmer than above the ocean.
Since the warm air is lighter than the cooler air, it rises up and, the cooler air from the ocean moves towards the land.
This movement of air from the ocean to land is known as the sea breeze.
