In order to find what type of triangle would the sides 36, 49 and 60 make ,we will make use of Pythagorean theorem.

If a²+b²>c², then lengths a, b, and c make up an acute triangle.

Conversely, if a²+b²<c², then lengths a, b, and c make up the sides of an obtuse triangle.

So checking for sides 36, 49 and 60.

36² + 49² = 3697

60²=3600

So we have here a²+b²>c², so the given sides lengths are that of an acute triangle.
