x= # of individual bags

x= 15 lbs ÷ 3/4 lbs
15 is the same as 15 over 1
x= 15/1 ÷ 3/4
multiply by reciprocal of 3/4
x= 15/1 * 4/3
x= (15*4)/(1*3)
x= 60/3
x= 20

ANSWER: She will need D) 20 bags

Hope this helps! :)
