I would have to go with (B.)

The graph's y-intercept is -16, so only A and C are viable answers. The axis of symmetry is x=-1, so only selection A is appropriate.

_____
The axis of symmetry of ax^2 +bx +c is x=-b/(2a). For selection A, that is -4/(2*2) = -1. For selection C, that is -(-2)/(2*5) = 1/5, wrong in sign and in magnitude.
