The car is passed by a motorcycle that is moving faster than it which means both the car and the motorcycle is moving in the same direction. Since both object move in the same direction, the relative speed of the motorcycle would be slower. The speed would be:

relative speed= motorcycle speed - car speed
relative speed= 80MPH- 55MPH= 25MPH
