Hey there!
Area is multiplying the width and the length, so check what two numbers equal 28 . . .
4 x 7 = 28 (area)
4 + 4 = 8
7 + 7 = 14
8 + 14 = 22 (perimeter)
The dimensions are 4 by 7 ft.
