I think everything in the given would be affected in war especially civil war because it divided the country into two or more faction striving for overall domination in the country and the attention of the people would be at the war effort and other things would be left less or no attention at all. Also it disrupt the growth and development of the society during the war and backtracks the change that the society enjoys during the peace.
