Hi again!

The reason I've been showing my work is because I want to help you learn. This function is just the same as the other I solved earlier.

1) Set the function equal to 0

2x² + 14x + 24 = 0

2) Factorize the left side

2(x + 3)(x + 4) = 0

3) Set factors equal to 0

x + 3 = 0 or x + 4 = 0

x = 0 - 3 or x = 0 - 4

x = -3 or x = -4

Thus,

The zeros of this quadratic function are: x = -3 or x = -4
