LM=19,5, VW=13
KM=24, UW=16

Because the triangles are similar triangles, they must have proportional corresponding sides. This means that we must have


(UW)/(KM)=(UV)/(KL)=(VW)/(LM)

Seeing your figure, suppose the largest side is
LM, so we have


LM=24

Then, for you to obtain the desaired quotiens, you mus let


VW=16; KM=19.5; UW=13; KL=6; UV=4

And so we have


(13)/(19.5)=(4)/(6)=(16)/(24)=0.66666...
