Which steps would be used to graph the equation y-4=1/3(x+2)

y-4 = 1/3(x+2)
1) the slope of the line will be 1/3
2) one point of the graph will be at (-2, 4)
3) move to the right 3, and up 1 for the next point: (1, 5)
4) move over the left 3 from the original point, and down 1 for the 3rd point: (-5, 3)
