well, the perimeter is 35+50+35+50, or 170.

the lenght as we know, is the longer side, or 50,

so their ratio is
\bf \cfrac{length}{perimeter}\qquad \cfrac{50}{170}\implies \cfrac{5}{17}\implies 5:17
