4+4+4

Explanation:

ok so 4^3 is essentially saying 4x4x4 and 4 x 4^2 is saying 4 x 4 x 4 which is the same as 4x4x4. it is all multiplying the number 4 by itself 3 times if you try and do all three of those you will get the same answer which is 64. However if you add 4+4+4 you will get 12. I hope that makes some sense
