In assessing Tina’s left foot, after noticing decreased sensation, the sensation examination will proceed up her legs. Sensation test includes light, dull and sharp touch, temperature, vibration, positioning of joints and point location. Moreover, superficial and deep tendon reflexes of feet, ankles, and knees must be done to determine the extent of her diabetic neuropathy.
