Dale tried to estimate the area of his backyard. He guessed it was 6 square meters. When he measured the dimensions later, he realized that it was actually 6.3 square meters. Explain why Dale should or should not round down, given the fact that he has only enough pesticide to spray a particular number of centimeters squared

When trying to cover an area with anything always round up or add a small amount. if you round down for paint or pesticide or anything to cover an area you will need exactly enough or more if dale rounds down he would have .3 square meters uncovered by the pesticide.
