3+ 6 = 9. A triangle cannot be formed.

4+5 = 9. A triangle cannot be formed. The shorter two will just make the length of the longest side. No triangle made.

Yes 4+6 > 9 A triangle will be formed.

Yes 5 + 5 = 10 which is greater than 9. A triangle will be formed.
