Explain the difference between "Information exchange" and "Interoperability", through technical and conceptual comparison.

Information exchange is where the patient's records are saved electronically and the providers are able to access securely and share these records with one connection to the network while Interoperability is the ability to share information between systems and application in meaningful ways.
