Kristina is using the Problem Focused Coping Approach.
This approach focuses on the causes that are creating stress or discomfort in any situation. Finding a way to reduce stress is the way to cope it. So with this approach, a solutions is found, and get the self out of the stress.
In this example, Kristina is bored at her job, and her job is no more attractive for her. She is demotivated. And because of this, she is stressed. So she found the cause of her stress, that is boredom at job, so she found a strategy to cope with this stress by finding out news jobs for her. This is the Problem focused coping approach.
