Which activity is good for building muscle strength? A pull ups B basketball C hiking D golf

All of them are good for building muscle strength. However, golf would give the least. Pull-ups mainly just strengthen the upper body.Hinking, would only work if the hiker was actively moving the top part of his body equally to his lower half. Between all these answers, I'd choose B because basketball equally builds up the top and bottom part of the body.
