B.) 37.5.. First you place all the numbers in order from least to greatest. Your mean is 25...and ur upper quartile because the 4 #'s fall even u add 35 and 40 and divide by 2... Which gives u upper quartile of 37.5 and lower quartile of 9. Hope this helps :)
