Answer is (-5, 9)
The "T -3, 4" means we subtract 3 from the x coordinate and add 4 to the y coordinate.
x = -2 originally so x-3 = -2-3 = -5
y = 5 originally so y+4 = 5+4 = 9
The point ends up at
(-5,9)
