Given, there are 60 people in the park.

Out of them 15 are jogging.

So the number of people who are not jogging is the difference between total people in the park and the number of people jogging.

The number of people no jogging =
(60-15) = 45

To find the percentage of people who are not jogging, we have to divide the number of people not jogging by the total number of people in the park and multiply it by 100.

So the required percentage =
((45)/(60))(100)%

=
(0.75)(100)%

=
75%

We have got the required answer.

The percentage of people who are not jogging is 75%.
