If we presume you're interested in creating pie chart of medal distribution, the arc measure is proportional to the medal count. The sum of arc measures is 360°; the sum of medal counts is 35+39+29 = 103. Then the arc measures are
.. arc ADB = (35/103)*360° = 122.3°
.. arc BDC = (39/103)*360° = 136.3°
.. arc CDA = (29/103)*360° = 101.4°
